rules

1. make sure you read everything listed in each form, if you have any doubts please get in contact with me first.
2. i am not liable for any damaged or lost mail, i will always make sure your goods are well protected and properly packaged. i have no control on what happens to your package once it is out of my hands.
3. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND / OR ORDERED!
4. i will let you know when ems and domestic payments are due and you will be given a deadline. FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING PUT UP FOR RECLAIM WITHOUT A REFUND.
5. please note that GOs can take anywhere from a few weeks to months due to various factors so patience is key!
6. backing out of an order, claim, etc. after goods have been ordered or ghosting me will result with you being blacklisted from any future GO’s. again there will be NO refunds.

requests

please feel free to dm me with any GO requests, for now i will only be able to do GO’s for light items (such as photocards and select MD). i accept personal orders, this can be anything from photocards to albums and can be from any korean sites/shop.

payment

I take ONLY PayPal f&f and Zelle. With these payments, please put the correct notes or there may be a chance of missed payments. NO CONCEALED CASH AND NO G&S.

LATE FEES

After the deadline, you will have 5 DAYS TO PAY with a late fee of 1.00 PER DAY. If there is NO COMMUNICATION OR PAYMENT MADE after the five days have passed, your items WILL go up for reclaim WITHOUT REFUND AND YOUR NAME WILL HAVE A STRIKE.

sorting

sorting will be done through a separate form once all items have arrived to me. your top choice is never guaranteed, so please keep that in mind when choosing unsealed. sorting will go by TIMESTAMPS, if you forget to fill out the form, you will be placed at the end of the list.
